Bearfield Primary School has 5 Pre-K, 8 Kindergarten, 9 First Grade, 8 Second Grade, and 9 Third Grade Classes.  With a large student body of 641, Bearfield Primary School’s dedicated staff of 120 opens up their hearts and their doors each and every day. 

Our instructional day begins at 8:15 with teaching and learning taking place.  Every minute counts as we prepare our future leaders to be the best!  The Bearfield family gives time and money to community projects such as Kids Heart Challenge, Ahoskie Food Pantry and Relay for Life.  Each grade level performs in plays, concerts, or end of year activities showcasing the many talents of our children. 

Our motto, “Hand in hand . . . together, we are making a difference,” exemplifies our relationships with the staff, the parents, and the community.
