HCPS Program for Children with Special Needs

Mission: The mission of the Hertford County Public Schools' Exceptional Children's Department is to ensure students with disabilities receive a free and appropriate education specially designed to meet their needs.  We are committed to student growth in academic, socio-emotional, and vocational skills through using evidence-based instruction and activities.
