Our mission is to maintain a safe, clean environment where teaching and learning for all staff and students  is the focus of Hertford County Public Schools.   We are All in for Learning and we utilize our knowledge, expertise, and skills in buildings across the entire district.

Meet the Team

Woodson Hunter retired from the Military after 21 years. He has served HCPS since 2003.  He holds a Masters Degree Kansas State University and a Masters degree from East Carolina University.  In his spare time he enjoys fishing and restoring Hotrods and spending time with his wife of 40 years.
