Mrs. Terrell Fennell-Deloatch

 
 
A native of Murfreesboro, NC has served as an Educator for 20 years.  Mrs. Deloatch completed undergraduate studies at Elizabeth City State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Mass Communications concentration.  She earned a Master of Arts degree from Central Michigan University in 2004.  After teaching for nearly 10 years, Mrs. Deloatch decided to continue her studies and earned a Master of Arts degree in Education Administration at Grand Canyon University. 

In her professional life, she has served as an Assistant Principal, taught middle grades English Language Arts, received Teacher of the Year honors multiple times, in addition to working at the district level.

Mrs. Deloatch believes that all students can learn and should be afforded the opportunity to do so in an environment that is nurturing, respectful, innovative, and functional for growth and development.  Mrs. Deloatch is respected as an individual and is known to go above and beyond for the benefit of all stakeholders. She believes that we all can be of service to make a difference in the lives of our students and families.
