Mrs. Norman was approved as the Director of Human Resources. Mrs. Norman's educational career began as a Teacher Assistant and Substitute teacher, where her passion for working with students grew. She pursued a Bachelor's degree in education and taught grades K-3 for several years.

Driven to make a broader impact, Mrs. Norman furthered her education by obtaining a Master's Degree and a Principal's endorsement. This allowed her to serve a larger community of students, teachers, and parents. She has held various roles throughout her career, such as an Instructional Facilitator, Assistant Principal, Curriculum Specialist, and Testing Coordinator.

Mrs. Norman's diverse background and extensive experience in different educational roles make her a valuable asset to HCPS. Her understanding of the needs of students, teachers, and parents, coupled with her administrative expertise, will undoubtedly contribute to the success of the Human Resources department and the overall mission of HCPS.
